clean suite maintained pool thoughtful touch beautiful views
the hotel provided a clean, spacious suite. i appreciated the well kept indoor swimming pool, especially since i traveled with kids. the hotel organized a birthday cake and fruit (a thoughtful touch!). i found the sea views beautiful.
the front lobby staff could have been more meticulous.

beach promenade public transportation breakfast varieties late cleaning improper cleaning reception request
the location provided easy access to the beach promenade. public transportation was very close, too. the breakfast included many varieties, i appreciated that a lot.
the room was not cleaned properly one day. i had to ask the reception to send someone. cleaning happened around five in the afternoon, quite late.

great taxi amazing driver must-see places
The taxi service was great. It picked me up right outside. our driver told me about all the must-see places. he drove me to them and waited for me. this made the holiday amazing, i appreciated this hotel service.
the furniture was quite dated. so, one does not expect much, i hope they improve it!

high standard pristine lobby helpful team
The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. The lobby area was always pristine. The team on reception was really helpful, and they allowed us a late check out. This meant we could maximize our time around the pool on our last day (it was just perfect!).
The gym could have been better equipped.

the hotel location was excellent, near the beach promenade and public transport. the breakfast was great with a lot of choices (i loved the pastries!). the staff were helpful and polite. the hotel has a direct tunnel from the building to the beach, it makes access easy.
the coffee, tea and water were not replaced every day until the final day of my stay.

the breakfast offered a large variety of items. the restaurant on the tenth floor had beautiful views. the staff explained what the dish was made of, very important for people with dietary restrictions.

i appreciated the underground tunnel. it offered direct, easy access to the beach. the roof restaurant provided good food and a great atmosphere. the pool was also great.

i found the staff very helpful and cute. they brought a fruit platter to my room upon arrival. the hotel faces the sea and has a nice swimming pool. i enjoyed the jacuzzi in my room, it was a great surprise.
